Firstly, let me introduce myself. I’m called Nigel and I
have recently joined the Associates team as the Marketing and Operations
Manager for the EU Associates program, based in our European offices in
Luxembourg.
To improve the Associates program I’d now like to invite you
to send me your valuable feedback.
What are your biggest pains? What can we do to make things
better for you in general? Do you have any ideas as to new features we could
implement?
I’d like to collect this information from you, prioritise
it, and then get to work on improving the program for you. Please send your

Please note that this email address should not take the
place of the contact us form (found here) for specific inquiries on your
account. My goal is to collect feedback
from lots of Associates and use it to identify common, shared problems that
frustrate our partners. Given the volume
that I expect, I will not be able to respond to all inquiries directly. I will post a summary of the responses back
to the blog and work to share our progress on fixing them.
I will also be monitoring the Associates discussion forum and I have a close
relationship with our customer services team. As with the emails, I won’t be
able to reply to all posts to the forum, but I will read them all.
