How do I create a new tracking ID?
Simply enter the prefix (e.g. “your-assoc-id9999”) in the input field and confirm your entry. The suffix "-21" will be added automatically by our system. As long as the tracking ID “your-assoc-id9999-21” has not already been allocated it will be created and confirmed. If the tracking ID has already been allocated, an error message will appear and you will be prompted to change your entry.
How do I create associate links with the new tracking ID?
To create associate links with a new tracking ID, select the option “Change tracking ID” on the Associate Central homepage. In the next window select the tracking ID you require from the list given (e.g. your-assoc-id1-21) and then use the link generator. The associate links that are created will contain the selected tracking ID.
How do I create associate links with the new tracking ID without using the link generator?
If you create associate links manually and not with the link generator, simply replace the Associate ID with the new tracking ID you have created.
